At Verutti Palestine, your satisfaction is our top priority. We take great care in inspecting each product before it reaches you. However, if you need to exchange an item, we're here to help.
🔁 Exchanges
- Eligibility: You may request an exchange within 3 days of receiving your order.
- Condition: The item must be unused, in its original condition, and with all original packaging and tags.
- Shipping Fees: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs in the case of online purchases.
- Approval: Please contact us before sending the item back. Exchanges will only be processed after approval by our customer service team.
❌ Returns
- Refunds are not available.
Due to the nature of our luxury products and in order to maintain high hygiene and quality standards, returns for refund are not accepted.

- Used, damaged, or modified items
- Products without original packaging
